Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Art Jungle print. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we make returns straightforward and fair.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@art-jungle.de with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw.

Our Extended Return Policy

Beyond the legal 14-day minimum, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind within 30 days and the print is in its original, undamaged condition, we'll accept the return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The print must be in its original, undamaged condition — unframed, uncut, and free from marks, folds, or moisture damage.

  • It must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit (we recommend re-using the original packaging).

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-sized prints and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from our voluntary return policy (though your EU legal rights still apply for faulty goods).

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@art-jungle.de with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return address and any additional instructions.

  3. Pack the print securely and send it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually instant.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the print or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
