14-Day Return Policy

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This applies to all catalogue prints (photo paper, cotton, and canvas).

Exceptions

Custom prints (prints made from your own files) cannot be returned, as they are personalised goods under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive).

How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (optional)
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (Germany only)
  3. Pack the print in its original packaging — or equivalent protective packaging for canvas prints
  4. Drop it off at your nearest post office or parcel shop

For EU returns outside Germany, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. The original payment method (via Stripe) will be credited. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged goods.
