1. Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all purchases made through the Art Jungle online store at art-jungle.de. The store is operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs. Consumer-protective laws of your country of residence apply to the extent they provide greater protection than German law.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

3. Products and Availability

All prints are produced on demand. We cannot guarantee continuous availability of specific items. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

Product images are as accurate as digital reproduction allows. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include German VAT (MwSt.) where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before payment.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page. We endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (see our Returns & Refunds page for full details and the withdrawal form).

The withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made or personalised prints, or to items that have been irreversibly altered after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks sold by Art Jungle are reproductions of works in the public domain. The physical print you purchase is your personal property. The intellectual property rights in the artwork itself remain in the public domain or with the original rights holders as applicable.

You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Art Jungle's product photography, branding, or original editorial content without prior written permission.

8. Liability

Art Jungle is liable without limitation for damages arising from intent or gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, limb, or health. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Any further liability — in particular for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses — is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence also apply.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Berlin, Germany.

10. Changes to These T&Cs

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect for new orders placed after the revised T&Cs are published. The version in force at the time of your order will govern your purchase.
