2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data sets that can be stored on or read from your terminal device when you visit a website.

Cookies can be used, for example, to:

  • Store products in the shopping basket

  • Keep you logged in during a session

  • Provide a checkout

  • Technically secure the website

  • Store your language settings

  • Store your cookie selection

  • Statistically evaluate the use of a website

3. Comparable Technologies

In addition to traditional cookies, other storage and access technologies may also be used.

These may in particular include:

  • Local storage

  • Session storage

  • Security tokens

  • Technical identifiers

  • Pixels and similar technologies

Insofar as information is stored on or read from your terminal device in this process, the corresponding legal requirements also apply to these technologies.

The provisions of § 25 TDDDG [Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act] apply in particular to the storage of information on your terminal device or access to information already stored.

In principle, prior consent is required for this.

In particular, consent is not required if the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a digital service explicitly requested by you.

If personal data is processed in this context, further processing is additionally governed by the DSGVO [GDPR].

5. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and technologies are essential for our online shop to function properly.

These may in particular include:

Shopping Basket

Stores the products you have selected during your shopping session.

Checkout

Technical cookies may be required to securely execute the ordering and payment process.

Login and Customer Account

If you use a customer account, cookies may be required to maintain your session.

Security

Security tokens and other technical identifiers can protect our website from manipulation, abusive requests, or automated attacks.

Language Settings

Technologies can store your selected language version.

Cookie Settings

Your cookie selection is stored so that your decision can be taken into account during future page visits.

Insofar as such technologies are strictly necessary, they may be used without prior consent.

6. Payment and Stripe Technologies

We use Stripe in particular for payment processing.

Stripe may use cookies or comparable technologies during checkout.

These can serve the following purposes, among others:

  • Secure payment processing

  • Fraud prevention

  • Detection of suspicious transactions

  • Technical security checks

  • Protection against automated attacks

Insofar as such technologies are strictly necessary for the payment processing requested by you, they may be used to the extent permitted by law without additional cookie consent.

Non-essential technologies are only used if the necessary legal basis or consent exists for this purpose.

7. Functional Cookies

Functional cookies can enable additional convenience features.

These may for example include:

  • Language settings

  • Display settings

  • Certain user preferences

Insofar as such cookies are not strictly necessary, they are only used following your prior consent.

8. Statistics and Analytics Cookies

Statistics and analytics technologies can serve to better understand how our online shop is used.

In this context, information can be processed, for example, regarding:

  • Pages visited

  • Duration of visit

  • Technical errors

  • Device type

  • Entry and exit pages

  • Interactions with shop features

Non-essential statistics and analytics technologies are only activated following your prior consent.

If you reject such cookies, you can generally continue to use our online shop.

9. Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing technologies can serve, among other things, to:

  • Measure the success of advertising campaigns

  • Track conversions

  • Attribute advertisements

  • Provide interest-based advertising

Non-essential marketing and tracking technologies are activated exclusively following your prior consent, insofar as consent is required by law.

If new marketing or tracking services are used in the future, these will be taken into account accordingly in our cookie settings and privacy information.

Analytics and advertising services

As of 29 October 2026

We only use the services below with your consent. On your first visit a banner asks whether you agree to the “Statistics” and “Marketing” categories. Nothing from these services loads before you choose, and if you decline, nothing loads at all.

We store your choice in your browser so we don’t ask again on every page. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our shop – for example which pages are viewed and which products are looked at, added to the basket and bought. We only see the results in aggregated form.

It processes usage and device data (such as pages viewed, time on page, browser, device type, approximate location), a random identifier in a cookie and, on a purchase, the order number, order value and products. According to Google, IP addresses of users in the EU are neither logged nor stored.

The legal basis is your consent in the “Statistics” category (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Google LLC in the USA may access the data. The transfer to the USA relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified.

The Analytics cookies are kept for up to two years.

Google Ads conversion tracking

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Ads conversion tracking tells us whether a click on one of our ads on Google leads to a purchase, so we can manage our advertising.

It processes the click identifier from the ad, identifiers in cookies, device and browser data and, on a purchase, the order number and order value. On a purchase your email address is also sent in hashed form (SHA-256), so Google can match the purchase to a Google account (enhanced conversions).

The legal basis is your consent in the “Marketing” category (Art.

The data is kept for as long as the purpose requires; Google's privacy policy gives the details.

Pinterest Tag

Provider: Pinterest Europe Limited, Dublin, Ireland.

The Pinterest Tag tells us whether our ads and Pins on Pinterest lead to visits and purchases, and lets us show ads on Pinterest to visitors of our shop.

It processes usage and device data (such as pages and products viewed, browser, IP address), identifiers in cookies, a click identifier when you arrive from an ad, and, on a purchase, the order number, order value and products. If you are signed in to Pinterest in your browser, Pinterest can link this data to your account.

The legal basis is your consent in the “Marketing” category (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Pinterest, Inc. in the USA may access the data. The transfer to the USA relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Pinterest, Inc. is certified.

The data is kept for as long as the purpose requires; Pinterest's privacy policy gives the details.

10. Third-Party Providers

Individual functions of our online shop may be provided technically by external service providers.

This includes Stripe in particular in connection with payment processing.

Depending on the respective function, third-party providers may also use cookies or comparable technologies.

Non-strictly necessary third-party technologies are only activated following any required consent.

Further information on external service providers can be found in our Privacy Policy.

When you visit our website for the first time, a cookie banner may be displayed to you.

Via this banner, you can decide which non-essential technologies may be used.

In particular, you can:

  • Accept all permissible cookies

  • Reject non-essential cookies

  • Individually configure your selection

Technically strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled insofar as they are required for a service explicitly requested by you.

Once granted, you can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

To do so, please use the permanently available link:

Cookie Settings

in the footer of our website.

There, you can review and change your previous selection.

The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

13. Retention Period

The retention period varies depending on the respective cookie and its purpose.

Session Cookies

Session cookies are generally only required during a website visit and are usually deleted after the end of the browser session.

Persistent Cookies

Persistent cookies can be stored on your terminal device for a specific period of time.

For example, they can serve to store your:

  • Cookie selection

  • Language settings

  • Login settings

  • User preferences

for a longer period of time.

The specific retention period depends on the technology used in each case.

Insofar as our consent management system provides a detailed cookie list, you will find there the currently used cookies, providers, purposes, and respective retention periods.

14. Managing Cookies via the Browser

You can additionally manage cookies via your browser settings.

Depending on the browser, you can in particular:

  • Display stored cookies

  • Delete individual cookies

  • Delete all cookies

  • Block specific cookies

  • Block cookies generally

  • Have cookies deleted when closing the browser

If you completely block technically necessary cookies, certain functions of our online shop may no longer work.

This may in particular affect the shopping basket, login, or checkout.

15. Use Without Non-Essential Cookies

In principle, you can also use our online shop if you do not consent to non-essential statistics, analytics, marketing, or functional cookies.

However, strictly necessary technologies may be required to provide basic shop functions such as the shopping basket and checkout.

16. Data Transfer Outside the EEA

In the case of individual third-party providers, information may be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Such a transfer will only take place within the framework of legal requirements.

In particular, the following may be used for this purpose:

  • Adequacy decisions of the European Commission

  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework

  • Standard contractual clauses of the European Commission

  • Other legally recognised guarantees

Further information on this can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the technologies, providers, or legal requirements used by us change.

The current version published on art-jungle.de applies in each case.

Insofar as new consent is required by law, we will obtain it accordingly.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
