INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the case of an order for a single item, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

If multiple items from a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may, for example, declare your withdrawal by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not obligatory.

Electronic Withdrawal Function

You can also declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.

This function is available at all times during the withdrawal period and is labelled as “Withdraw from Contract” or with an equivalent clear phrasing.

After entering the required information, the withdrawal can be submitted via the “Confirm Withdrawal” button.

Upon successful transmission, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt containing the details of your withdrawal as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for the withdrawn order.

This includes the costs of our cheapest standard delivery offered.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your declaration of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please pack art prints and other delicate products securely for transport.

The use of original packaging is not compulsory for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

A statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

At Art Jungle, this may apply in particular to custom non-standard sizes outside the regular product range, personalised prints, custom text or designs specifically modified according to customer wishes.

The mere production of a regular print only after receipt of the order does not lead to an exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
