Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for online orders.
Our instructions on withdrawal and statutory provisions apply to a statutory withdrawal.
Our voluntary right of return does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal.
Voluntary 30-Day Returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods for suitable standard products.
After the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, a voluntary return requires that the product is in a proper and resalable condition.
In particular, the product must not have been damaged, soiled, cut to size, or permanently altered.
Exceptions
Individually manufactured or personalised products are particularly excluded from the voluntary 30-day right of return.
These include, for example, custom special sizes outside the regular product range, products with personal text, or designs modified specifically according to customer requests.
Statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a normal return or a statutory withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided they have been properly informed thereof.
In the event of an incorrect delivery or a defect attributable to us, the costs shall be governed by statutory provisions.
Refund for Statutory Withdrawal
In the event of an effective statutory withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price as well as the costs of our cheapest standard delivery offered.
Additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer will not be refunded.
Refund for Voluntary Returns
In the event of a voluntary return after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
Shipping costs originally paid will not be refunded in the case of a purely voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Refunds will generally be made using the payment method used for the original order.
