Shipping & Delivery

This English version is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally binding.

We produce and pack our art prints with care in Berlin.

Many of our products are only produced after receipt of the order.

Delivery Area

Currently, we deliver exclusively within Germany.

Orders with a delivery address outside Germany cannot currently be placed via our online shop.

Production Time

Our regular production and processing time is usually 2–3 working days.

At times of particularly high order volume, processing time may take up to 5 working days.

Shipping with DHL

We ship our orders within Germany using DHL.

Where available, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email once your order has been handed over to DHL.

Delivery Time

After handover to DHL, the usual shipping time within Germany is generally 2–4 working days.

The total delivery time consists of the production or processing time and the shipping time.

Public holidays, an exceptionally high order volume or delays with the shipping service provider may extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed in the shopping basket and, at the latest, before completing the order subject to payment.

For order values of €75.00 or more, standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For orders below this threshold, the shipping costs displayed at checkout apply.

Packaging

Our prints are packaged securely for transport.

Depending on the size and product type, items are shipped flat or rolled in suitable protective packaging.

Larger prints may be sent in a sturdy cardboard tube that is additionally protected by shipping packaging.

We aim to make our packaging as low-plastic or plastic-free as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as quickly as possible at:

Once the shipment has been handed over to DHL, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be incurred for re-shipping.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please send us the order number as well as photos of the product and the packaging.

Prompt notification helps us process your claim, but for consumers it is not a prerequisite for statutory warranty rights.
