About this print

Hexagonal patterns detail the islands, while the repeating wave motifs add balance and rhythm to the composition. The original woodblock print was published between 1901 and 1902 in the Kyoto design magazine “Shin Bijutsukai” (“New Art World”). Clean line work and subtle colour washes complete the motif.

  • Shipped flat or rolled, depending on size and product, in protective packaging.
